Bob Gearhart Sr. serves as Co-Founder and President of DC Wellness and has over 27 years in the Group Health and Employee Benefits arena. During his career Bob has worked at National Insurance Carriers, Third Party Administrators, as well as establishing the Insurance Divisions in many of the Major Banks. Since 2006 Bob has worked closely with Industry Leaders in developing and measuring leading edge Integrated Results Based Wellness Programs in some of the nation's largest employers.

Nanci Ickes serves as the Director of Client Service and Wellness at DC Wellness. Nanci received her undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Education - Health Promotion. She went on to receive her Masters in Public Health from Indiana University in 2008, specializing in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Nanci developed her passion for wellness while working at the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute. Nanci specializes in evaluating and incorporating Wellness Programs within the DC Wellness Platform.

Bob Gearhart Jr. serves as Co-Founder and Director of Strategic Partnerships of DC Wellness. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2008 with a degree in Sports Management Enterprise. Bob's focus has been developing and distributing the DC Wellness Program through National Brokerage and Consulting Firms serving clients across all industries.

Denny Murray serves as the Chief Technology Officer at DC Wellness. Denny joined DC Wellness after a long and successful career with Medical Mutual of Ohio. His primary focus within DC Wellness is the coordination of Information Exchange and Database Management.
